Hydro Dynamic Engineering Pte Ltd was incorporated in 2004, its principal activities includes supply & installation of water tanks from Fiberglass Reinforcement Polyester (GRP) Sectional Water tank, and Pressed Steel Sectional Water Tanks.
The founder graduated from the prestigious Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with Bachelor of Business Administration. He is well equipped with over 10 years of expertise in Cooling Tower and Water Tanks, and knowledge in premature issue with GRP water tanks and technical requirement of Pressed Steel Tanks, Hydro Dynamic went on research and looking forward to upgrading and exploring new development of water tank in anticipation of future needs, hence, “HYDRO” pressed Steel Panel type tank was developed with full flexibility in assemble various volume/capacity as required.
“Hydro” Pressed Steel Sectional Water Tank are manufactured to comply with British Standard B.S. 1564: 1975 with external flanges and hot-dipped galvanized to ISO 1461: 1999 standard.
Hydro Dynamic reckon that consultants designed water tank with maximize space available, therefore “HYDRO” brand pressed steel sectional tanks are fabricated in 2 different measurements namely imperial and metric. We provide panels in built of plates 1,220mm and 1,000mm in standard measurements design. Also we provide ½ panels in 1,220x610mm and 1,000x500mm to ease the problems of awkward space constrained location with water stored to maximum.
Generally the internal and external surfaces of the tank panels are treated and painted with with one coat of Bituminous primer and the latter with one coat Red Oxide primer. Depending on request, tank materials can be hot- dipped galvanised (HDG) to ISO 1456 : 1999 or hot applied Epoxy coating before delivery. Stainless steel materials (SS304/SS316) panels have also increasing popular for both domestic & fire-fighting storage application.
